Double bedroom in beautiful Wolvercote

Available: I have a large double bedroom available in beautiful Wolvercote near the centre of Oxford (OX2). I am a live-in landlord, with two small friendly dogs. The property is a modern new build house, and is clean, spacious and has a garden. You would have access to the kitchen and dining space downstairs, your bedroom and the shared bathroom upstairs. Wolvercote has a lot to offer with three fantastic pubs (the White Hart, Wolvercote Inn and the Trout). There’s Port Meadow for lovely walks, and lots more such as a community orchard and easy access to town. There’s a bus stop to the city centre (number 6) nearby. I am friendly, and want a female lodger who is also friendly and tidy, with the right amount of mutual respect for each other’s privacy and space. Preferably looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.
