The studio was recently refurbished. It is very bright and spacious with a countryside view over the fields. There is a kitchenette with a big fridge/freezer. washing machine and dryer. A good size shower room. A big wardrobe, double lift up bed offer plenty of storage space.
The surrounding area is green and peaceful so if you enjoy jogging, cycling or hiking, this is the area for you. Opposite Blenheim Palace, the studio is less than ten minutes’ walk from Woodstock town center..
The bus stop to Oxford is right at the door steps.
The studio has a separate entrance. Free on street parking is available.
There are only two people living in a house. We are a friendly and sociable couple who respect other people's privacy. We don’t smoke so the house is for non-smokers.
We would like to rent the studio to tidy and considerate people ( students or young professionals) who enjoy living in a quiet and clean house.

Rent £800 p/m inclusive all bills: gas, electricity, water, broadband & council tax. One month rent plus £800 deposit required.
Three month renewable contract.
