Double room for let in Yarnton

Hello, I am looking for a housemate in Yarnton until the end of September. The room is unfurnished with a double mattress and plenty of built in wardrobe space. It’s on the second floor and faces the rear of the house onto the garden where the sun rises. There is a bus to Oxford that runs every 20 minutes from just outside the house and takes about 20 minutes to get into the centre. There is also a car parking space in the drive and on the street itself.

The rent is £800 a month and includes all bills and super fast Internet. Perfect for a professional. There are two bathrooms, with two showers and one bathtub.

You will be living with two 30+ professionals, one female and one gay male. The male is predominately WFH so would prefer if applicants are office-based.

We are both very tidy individuals and respectful of each other's space, so would kindly ask that you are the same.

We equally value personal and social time and get together for movie/game nights a couple of times a week.
