Room available in Peebles

The property has three bedrooms, an office, a living room, kitchen, one bathroom with a shower, a further WC, and conservatory. Outside there is garden which has two sheds. It's situated in a quiet part of Peebles but within walking distance to local amenities and with good transport links to Edinburgh. The room is furnished with a double bed (with storage drawers), bedside table, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

We're easy-going and active, we spend most of our free time running, hiking and mountain biking; outdoorsy people very welcome! Caitlin works in economics and splits her work time between working from home and her office in Edinburgh. Ben works in a local bike shop.

We're looking for a considerate and tidy housemate who is working or studying in the local area and would appreciate the easy access to excellent trails and hills straight from our door!

We're pretty flexible regarding length of rental etc - ideally looking for someone working in the area for the summer. Rent is set at £600p/m and includes all utilities, council tax (band B) and fibre broadband. Couples are welcome but we would ask for a higher monthly rate of £750.
