Hello, I have a double room for rent in my two bedroom house. The property is in the town of St Madoes and is a 10 minute drive to Perth, and a 20 minute drive to Dundee with easy access to the dual carriageway. Their is a regular bus service 2 minutes walk from the house.
The room will be fully furnished with a double bed (bedding can be supplied), large tv, bed side cabinets, set of drawers and a built in wardrobe. I also have plenty storage space within the house.
The house itself is in a nice quiet area, there is a pub, a local shop and a restaurant at the local hotel.
You will also have access to living room, internet, shared bathroom, driveway, kitted out kitchen and gardens outside the house (even the bbq!)
I am a hardworking, decent guy who is easy to get along with. I work weekdays 8.30-5 and away some weekends.
I will be giving the room a fresh coat of paint (although not in the photos).
