Female preferred for nice house share.

Hello,

My friend and I are soon to get the keys to a nice big house in Perth and we are looking for an additional, preferably female housemate to join us. We hope to turn the blank canvas into a nice home for all to enjoy while keeping the place clean, tidy with good vibes.

We are both well traveled and returned home to Scotland due to disruption caused by the pandemic and Brexit. We are working full time, friendly, social and into a variety of things from art & design to mountain walks and surfing with an interest in sustainability and new cultures.

The house has three bedrooms, two living rooms, ample storage, big kitchen and a garage which is particularly handy for creative people like ourselves. The price doesn’t included bill’s but we will split them equally when they come.
