Hello, I'm looking for a housemate for my house in Perth. Double room, not massive but with lots of storage.
Looking for someone who is fairly tidy and clean, and I get on with. I'm 24 and work full time as a Sport Development Officer, I'm also out most evenings either coaching or training. Looking to share my house rather than just rent a room out!
The house is 2 bedroom, with a lovely kitchen and living room along with a conservatory and small garden. There's also lots of storage available in the rest of the house. There is some parking available outside the house.
Moving date flexible and also OK with a mon-fri let. Council tax band D so half would be around £70 per month (if not a student), half of bills predicted between £30 and £40 per month, and half of wifi £12 per month-ish.
