We have a large spare room in a family home available for a student to rent.

All occupants are adults.

The room is well-sized and comes furnished with a single bed, desk, shelves, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and an en-suite shower and sink. The room has wooden window shutters, providing privacy, light control, and added insulation.

Additionally, there is a shared toilet next to the room, a shared kitchen, shared dining room and you can enjoy our large east-facing garden.

The house is conveniently located very close to the city centre, just a ten-minute walk away, with a bus stop directly opposite the house. Asda is less than a ten-minute walk, and Perth UHI is a 20 minute walk.

We are also very close to the North Inch, a spacious and historic public park along the River Tay, which is great for walks.

All bills (inc. council tax) are included in the price, and we provide Virgin Media Fibre WiFi.
