Im a bubbly, caring, down to earth Primary Teacher who loves to travel and I'm looking for another professional to share my home with. I offer a fully furnished flat on two floors with a modern, fresh feel. Consisting of two Double Bedrooms with built in wardrobes, with my bedroom being upstairs and the room to rent downstairs. Living Room has an open coal fire which is sheer tranquility in the winter months. Kitchen has an American style fridge freezer, small dining area seating up to 4, gas cooker & fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and all other mod cons and appliances. I recently converted the third bedroom into an office/work space great for working professionals. There's a family bathroom upstairs with bath tub and shower, small downstairs w/c, parking on surrounding streets and a large garden equipped with garden furniture and padlocked shed allowing for bikes, snow equipment and such like to be stored. The house is fully double glazed wit h gas central heating. Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime (Unlimited music & Tv with two Alexas in the house) internet and house telephone are all installed.

The house is a 10minute walk from the bus and train station and your in town within 15minutes on foot and 5 in the car. It's situated right next to the South Inch Park, fantastic for sunny days, runners or just taking a walk. Edinburgh Road Tesco is 5 mins in the car, passing car wash, car garage, builders merchants and Algo business centre along the way. Craigie Cross is at the end of the street complete with corner shop, florist, takeaways, Perths best fish & chip shop may I add ;) Beauty & Hair salons and a local pub. Perth leisure pool & gym , Dewars ice rink and Glover street GP surgery again are just along the road, 10min walk or 2/3mins in the car. Basically the property is incredibly central without actually living in the centre of town.

The room to rent has been painted a fresh grey, with a modern feel, complete with new radiator, white leather beside table & lamp, grey tweed curtains, freestanding Scandinavian style mirror, built in wardrobes with plenty of storage, double bed and a small smart tv installed. Viewing can begin 15th November 2019.

I like to be sociable, have meals with people, watch movies etc, yet I like my own space too. I'm hoping for a like minded person as I work full time, 5 days a week and it's demanding, so I wish to live with a respectful person and a professional that doesn't plan on partying on a school night! I love outdoor pursuits, the arts, shopping, and a good bottle of gin, red or rose! I can't have pets or smokers but I can have a right good carry on. I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy and is willing to share the daily maintenance of a home, garden and most importantly keeps a clean bathroom. Guests, family and friends are welcome but I'm sorry to say partners are not to move in, be given a copy of the house key, or stay 6 out of the 7 nights a week as I've been there and it's not really enjoyable for anyone and I've learned it's best just to be upfront, so sharing a home can be a wonderful and positive experience.
