Hi !
I am a 36yo French professional working in the whisky industry, and looking for someone to share the house I am currently renting in Pitlochry with. My partner, who's Polish/German, is also living with me half of the time, and possibly a little more often in the future.
The house is just outside of Pitlochry - 5min by car or 25min walk to the town centre. It is a lovely, big house with plenty of space inside and outside (two bedrooms (with a bed and mattress), two living rooms, a kitchen and one bathroom, a big conservatory and a smaller one), and with the possibility to store outdoor equipments, to garden, etc.

Just some information about me: I was teaching French in Manchester city centre but I moved to Cumbria to become a whisky distiller and I am now living off my passion! I have been living in the UK for almost three years now. Before I lived, studied or taught (and mainly faffed around) in Burgundy, France (where I come from), in Rome, Italy, in Chongqing and Suzhou, China, and in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

I am an easy-going, fairly laidback, curious, open-minded, tidy, clean, quiet person who loves to share drinks at home or outside. I like a good conversation, sharing food and drinks, helping out, although I also like my time alone, I am very respectful of other people's spaces, and I am looking for someone who would be more or less the same! I'm working in a distillery from Monday to Friday.
I have very eclectic tastes (especially in music, some would say weird - classical / minimalist music, folk, punk, rap, or even Mongolian throat singing - yes) I have a classical guitar and like to play it from time to time, looking forward to starting piano lessons, and I have two bikes I'd like to use more often. I go for a run at least twice or thrice a week. I am curious about almost anything, passed a RHS exam (about plants - love them, especially trees) and distillation and brewing exams recently! I have also started to brew my own beer and I'm happy to share :) I also like cooking, reading, hiking, watching all kinds of films, etc.

I can afford the entire house, but it would obviously be better to share the rent and bills, have an extra hand for some of the housework! I put £700-750 per month bills included (internet, electricity, heating, CT), but this can vary a little, especially according to the price of heating oil. I can obviously explain in more details.

I am looking for the right housemate more than just someone to help pay the rent, so I'd love to hear from you - please let me know more about yourself than just your job and when you'd like to move in! Please contact me shall you have any questions or if you'd be interested!
Many thanks,
Colas
