The Bedroom

My flat is central to shops in the village of Stanley. It has a bus service. There are two pubs, a Chippie and local shops, chemist and butcher.
The flat has a garden to rear, with on street parking at front of floor. It's a ground floor flat. The lounge, kitchen and shower room will be shared with myself, your landlady.
I am looking for a female who is a professional, clean appearance and will keep the shared areas tidy. I will require references.

You, the tenant to provide your own bed linen and towels
There is a microwave, washing machine available to use, central heating, fridge freezer.
Broadband available.

All bills are included in your monthly rent to me. This includes electricity,
broadband and Council Tax.

You pay your share of the Council Tax within your rent.
You have use of broadband.

Couple will NOT be considered. I am looking for a SINGLE person.

As land lady i will living in my flat at same time during your stay.
