Double Room in Stanley, Perthshire

I currently have a double room to let in Stanley, Perthshire. It is a new build property with a rear garden and patio. The room currently has a very comfortable single bed, chest of draws, large built in wardrobe and bedside cabinet. You will also have use of the kitchen and bathroom with the use of a washing machine.

The rent will include all bills (assuming normal usage), your share of the council tax and broadband. The room is available from Sunday the 26th November, initially for a 4 month period and then by negotiation.

The room is also available for a 5 day stay (either Sunday - Thursday OR Monday - Friday) at a reduced cost of £115 per week. If you require to work occasional weekends then this can be easily accommodated.

The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and you are likely to need a car to get to work. Stanley has good access to the A9 (North and South) as well as good access to the A93 (Blairgowrie/Scone). There is plenty of parking, including one reserved space to the front of the property. Within the village there are a couple of general shops, a butchers, a doctors surgery, a chemist, two pubs and a take-away.

I am looking for someone that is respectful, clean and tidy to share with. Please note that the room is NOT available to anyone that works from home (WFH).
