King room in Brecon £625p/m

I have recently bought my own house in Brecon and I am wanting to let out my spare rooms. I'm still making small improvements on the property as time and money allow.

I work full time and have a small dog called Star, who is extremely friendly.

The room itself is a large king size room on the first floor that has brand new carpets and fresh paint, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. It has a TV which has firestick, with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime included in the rental cost.

This is one of two rooms on the first floor which share a bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is also a cloakroom downstairs.

The house has three good sized double bedrooms, a large lounge-diner, good sized kitchen and small garden. You would be entitled to one parking space at the rear of the property if needed (which are very sought after in Brecon).

I am looking for someone who likes animals, is fairly sociable, and able to keep the house nice and tidy - it's my first house and I am very proud of it!

All bills and council tax included in the rental price, but no TV licence.

No couples.
