Double room available in gorgeous high street flat

The flat is walking distance from all the shops and station. It is a 4 bed but the landlady (who is lovely) doesn't have a HMO so can't be rented to more than 2 people at a time. This means it's a large space with a lounge, two bedrooms, plus one room for an office and a spare room/yoga room. The room available is a spacious double for £280.

With bills, it's roughly £435 max per person (I've only just moved in so that's an estimate from previous tenants, but council tax is £190pm so £95pp).

It's unfurnished (I'm currently in the process of furnishing it) but the spare double has a bed and mattress that can either stay or be swapped out.

The flat is gorgeous and big with lots of potential for making it really lovely. It's got a medium-sized kitchen and a big south-facing living room with two bay windows. It's across three floors so the second floor has the bathroom (with bath and shower), the double room and two singles previously used as studies/ yoga rooms. There's then an attic room which I've claimed. I like making spaces nice and believe house shares should be a collectively curated space that suits everyone.

About me- I'm 29yo, a journalist who works from home part-time, bi, and partnered to a girlfriend who will occasionally visit me with her (small, polite) dog a few times a week.

I love cooking together, hanging out, having people over, playing music, as well as quiet evenings and downtime on my own. I'm away quite a bit at the moment but looking forward to settling a bit more in the coming months.
