The detached property is located in Montgomery town. I have a large garden with a Patio. The room is a spacious double, I have my own on suite so the new house mate would be the only one using the separate large bathroom which is located next door to the room for rent. My working hours are 5:30 until 6:30 although I also work away a lot so the new house mate would have plenty of their own space. In the town there are convenience stores, restaurants (including a Michelin star) pubs and nice scenery. Ideally in the knew house mate I would be looking for a professional in full time work, there are no age preference or gender preference so all are welcome to apply.
