Newtown house share - Queen

Queen size bed

The accommodation is a recently decorated 3 bed terrace house in a quite cul-de-sac in Newtown. The spaces Queen room is m by m and comes with loads of storage with a built in wardrobe, as well as a comfy Queen bed. All bedding can be provided.

Kitchen has plenty of storage and comes equipped with all utensils and pans needed for cooking. Is a small table in the kitchen and larger table in the dining area if wanting to eat in a bit more peace.

I am a design engineer who works in Knighton. I do lots of sports at weekends and regularly spend weekends away for sports in my van meaning the housemate must be trustworthy. This does allow the housemate plenty of time to themselves.

The other housemate is big into gaming and works local in Newtown. He is a similar age of 24. Sociable and chatty but spends most of his time in his room gaming.

All bills are included. There is 150MB sky wifi and a sky glass TV in the lounge which is available for use. There is plenty of parking available within the cul-de-sac and there an outside shed and secure lock for storing of bikes or any sports equipment.

There is a shared bathroom with a good power shower. A cleaner comes once every 2 weeks to deep clean and ensure everything is kept clean along side daily/ standard cleaning.

I have done shared living myself and so like to keep everything clean and tidy. Expect the same from any future house mate.
