Rooms in beautiful house in South Snowdonia

I have two rooms in my house near Machynlleth in mid-Wales that would like to have people living in them. One is a very spacious double room, the other a single. I am going to be away quite a lot, though will keep the third (small) bedroom as mine, so you would have the house to yourselves most of the time. There's a garden front and back, solar water heating and plenty of parking in the street. The lounge has a great woodburner but there is also central heating throughout. There isn't damp or dust and clean & tidy people would be an ideal match.

There is a bathroom with shower and bath opposite the rooms and a lounge leading into the kitchen. There is also an additional downstairs toilet and a washing machine & dryer.

Pennal is a beautiful and quiet village just 3 miles out of the popular town of Machynlleth and 6 miles to the nearest beach in beautiful Aberdovey. There is a bus service to Machynlleth and Tywyn.
