I am a relaxed, friendly part-time student doing IT. Looking for a tenant who is decently tidy and similarly isn't too loud. I'm happy to socialize and offer privacy where wanted. Potlucks, movie nights, company, etc. welcomed; no raging parties. Pets allowed (with an additional deposit)! Often have friends around for a few hours on Thursdays. Love cooking and down to share the odd meal.
