A bright double room is available to rent in a peaceful village, just a 10–15 minute walk from the train station. Trains run direct to Paisley and Glasgow City Centre, making this an ideal spot for commuters.

The room comes with the added bonus of your own private lounge, located next to the bedroom—perfect for relaxing or having your own space.

The kitchen/dining area and bathroom are shared with myself and my six-year-old child. This is a welcoming, lived-in family home with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Facilities include oven, microwave, air fryer. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

We also have a lovely garden to enjoy, especially during the warmer months.

I’m looking for a female postgraduate student or professional who is respectful and comfortable living in a family home. While the house is warm, chatty, and open, it’s a calm space rather than a party house—ideal for someone who values a peaceful, homely environment.

On street parking is available outside the property and wifi is included as are all the bills.
