Cosy room to rent - only 2 minutes to UWS!

Fully furnished bedroom in a cosy and nice looking flat available from the end of May up until the end of June as I am leaving the flat. 5 mins to the Uni, 10 to the Gilmour station (check map). The area is very peaceful, quiet and safe. The flat has a separate kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, etc.) and a living room. The flat has a shared bathroom with 2in1 Bath & Shower. The washing machines and drying machines (!) are on the ground floor of the building (the flat is on the first).

The bedroom rent is around £200 per month with bills. I am looking for a chilled and clean person to share the flat with. Preferably non-smoking. The deposit is a month bedroom's rent.

Perfect for Erasmus students who want to stay a bit longer.

I am living in the smallest bedroom and I am currently finishing Psychology at UWS. I am a chilled and peaceful person. I'm not the strict type, so you don't have to worry that I'll bite you ;) There's also a friendly guy who is a French Erasmus student living in other sized room.
