Double room in Alness (single occupancy)

Hello, I have a room available in Alness. I live here with my husband, son and Two friendly labradoodle.
We have a nicely decorated, double room with lockable door, built in wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers and tv.
The house is clean and warm. We have 3 bathrooms, one near your room and two others which the family use.
We share cooking facilities including a double oven, induction hob and microwave. There is a dining table and breakfast bar. A separate fridge with freezer section, for your use, is in the utility room along with separate sink and allocated cupboard space with plates and cups provided.
We share a washing machine and tumble drier which can be used at an agreed time.
Utility bills and Wi-Fi are included.
You are required to clean up after yourself, leaving bathroom as found. You are responsible for cleaning/ hoovering your room, washing and changing your bedding (I can provide bedding or you can use your own)and cleaning up/ sanitising after using the kitchen, utility room and microwave.
We have a quiet family home, no smoking in the house and one dog who stays downstairs.
We have a lovely garden which you are welcome to use.
Alness town centre is a 10 minute walk and the college is a 10 minute walk. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the house.
PLEASE NOTE due to legislation we can only accept guests who use the house as their only or main home.
