Single Room in Alness

Hello, I have a room available in Alness. I live here with my husband, son and friendly labradoodle.
We have a nicely decorated, spacious single room with lockable door, good sized bed, tv, bedside table, built in wardrobe, desk, chair and drawers.
The house is clean and warm. We have 3 bathrooms, one near your room and two others which the family use.
We share cooking facilities including a double oven, induction hob and microwave. There is a dining table and breakfast bar. A separate fridge with freezer section, for your use, is in the utility room along with separate sink and allocated cupboard space with plates and cups provided.
Tea and coffee are complimentary.
We share a washing machine and tumble drier which can be used at an agreed time.
Utility bills and Wi-Fi are included.
I clean the bathroom weekly, you are required to wipe around in between and keep tidy. You are responsible for cleaning/ hoovering your room, washing and changing your bedding (I can provide bedding or you can use your own)and tidying up after using the kitchen. We have a quiet family home, no smoking in the house and one dog who stays downstairs. No other animals.
The garden is lovely and you are welcome to use it.
Alness town centre is a 10 minute walk and the college is a 5-10 minute walk. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the house.
