House is warm, centrally heated and there is off road parking.

All bills, including broadband and council tax are included in the monthly rent.

Cromarty is a vibrant and creative community with its well established film festival, film society, book group, monthly community market, bi-annual Open Studios event and numerous other events and activities. The house is co-located with The Cheese House, the local village shop, the bakery and the Post Office.

Regular buses run to Inverness and Dingwall (20 miles away).

Owner is an aspiring glass artist who is increasingly having her work exhibited across Scotland. She is personable; friendly and welcoming as is her young dog Duki.
