Double room for let

Hello!

I'm Meghan (she/her) ☺️ I have a double room available at my property in Dingwall, also available as a mon-fri or part-time. I can offer a slight discount to students on placement - handy for placements at Ross Memorial. Ideally, am looking for something short-term before Christmas, or would consider someone who would be able to vacate the room over Christmas break and then want to return in January. Would consider something longer-term for the right person.

I live in the property with my two dogs, who are both friendly friendly but have a tendency to be very excitable and boisterous (and are allowed on the sofa) so you'd really need to be a dog person! They can also be a bit barky when people approach the house/garden - we are really working on improving this, and it's not constant, but it is a work in progress so wanted to mention it in case barking is an issue for you. As well as being very excitable they are incredibly sooky and loves nothing more than a snuggle under the blanket on the couch, perfect for if you've had a bad day!

I am friendly and enjoy socialising, but also like my own space so someone similar would be brilliant. I enjoy hill walking, wild swimming, reading and crafting! I work full-time and this is mostly from home.

I am looking for a female (including trans/non-binary) to share with who is friendly, sociable, clean and respectful of shared space. The room is fully furnished (bed, chest of drawers, desk and some clothes hanging space behind the door) and you would have shared access to the kitchen, living room and bathroom. You're welcome to use all the kitchen utensils etc and will have your own cupboard space in the kitchen/bathroom. The property also has a large garden and a shed. On street parking can be quite busy, but there’s always a space nearby. The house is a 10 minute walk from Dingwall Town centre in a quiet neighbourhood. Dingwall has both bus and train links to Inverness.
