Flatmate for 2 bedroom flat in central Kelso

I am a 26 y/o female with a spare room in a flat on Roxburgh Street. I have rented the property for about a year with my current flatmate. Property is a two bed, with a good sized living room, bathroom and kitchen with pantry. It is also backed onto the river with a large garden and shed for outside storage. No parking space but plenty on street parking (no permit needed).

I am a friendly person, looking for someone who I would get along with. I work locally in one of the legal firms during the week and at the weekends I’m either relaxing or travelling to see people.

Looking to have someone move in around 1st August. Flat is technically non furnished but I have obviously partly filled it. Non smoking.
