The flat comprises living room with kitchen off, bedroom, en-suite bathroom and hall. A private decking area is accessible from the living room.
Own transport required (off road parking available). Shops in Hawick (6 miles) or Selkirk (5 miles). 1.5 miles from the A7 where there is a regular bus service to Hawick and Galashiels, with connections to Edinburgh and Carlisle.
All bills including council tax and internet are included in the rent.
Let on a lodgers agreement. sorry no pets.
Non-smoking (including vaping).
Deposit (four weeks rent) and references required.
Three month minimum let (longer preferred).
