I am looking for a flatmate; i have a small double room for rent in a ground floor flat in Galashiels, 5mins walk from the town centre. Would suit a student.
The flat is lovely and spacious and there is fibre optic wi fi, amazon prime, disney+, netflix, a bath and gas central heating. There is another spare room we can share for storage. I have 2 flatcoated retrievers and 2 cats.
£300pcm, no dss. £200 deposit. Bills are all included apart from council tax which is an extra £35 (free for students). Please get in touch if you would like more information. Available from the end of July.
