I am looking for a flatmate; I have a small double room for rent in a flat in galashiels, 5mins walk from town centre. Would suit a student.
The flat is lovely and spacious and there is fibre optic wifi, amazon prime, netflix, a bath and gas central heating. There is another spare room we can share for storage.
I have a dog and 2 cats which are all friendly.
£300 pcm. This includes all bills apart from council tax (free for students and £35 for everyone else)
