We have a beautifully presented furnished bedroom with private shower room and shared kitchenette use of the main kitchen is also available. There is fiber optic fast speed broadband at the property which enables working from home however, an extra charge of £50 pcm would apply. The room would be suitable for single occupancy. Due to location (rural seven miles from Selkirk) your own transport would be needed. *The Farmhouse approached by a farm track road.

If you enjoy country living and outdoor pursuits our property will be perfect for you due to it's stunning location. Situated beside the Southern Upland Way (Broadmeadows to Yair section). The property was built in 1865 and commands outstanding views of the countryside. We are a short drive from Selkirk on the A708 St. Mary's Loch and Moffat road.

We are a professional couple running our own business. We offer a friendly and relaxed home with plenty of space to be your self. There is also a public dining/sitting and reading room which you are welcome to use. We have cats, and horses so if you have any allergies to such we would not be suitable.

Please note that while living here visiting lock down areas of the country is obviously not possible.
