House is located 5 minutes from the M54 and approximately 20 minutes from the Princess Royal hospital and Royal Shrewsbury hospital.

The majority of retail/food areas are within a 5-10 minute drive and the house has spacious car parking out the front.

The property has all appliances and furniture you would expect in the shared living areas including tv, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher etc.

Bedrooms available comes fully furnished with separate en suite /private bathroom.

We are looking for clean, tidy , professional people to live in our lovely quiet property. We offer a homely feel and it offers easy living with all bills included aswell as council tax. We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to keep the shared areas in great condition.
