The house was completely renovated to a high standard a few years ago. It's very well-kitted out and is in first class order. There is also a large garden and outside patio area.

The room available is a very large double, complete with a king size bed, king size mattress, bedside tables, small chest of drawers and spacious wardrobe,. The large bathroom with freestanding bath, oversized shower, heated towel radiator, iluminated mirror cabinet and vanity basin is just opposite and for the sole use of the housemate.

The ground floor comprises of a study and front snug (both reserved for the landlord), open plan living/dining/kitchen space, utility and WC.

Cross Houses is an 8 minute drive to the centre of Shrewsbury and also the hospital. It has a very handy shop, post office and lovely walks from the door. It’s also just a 15 minute walk to the popular Mytton & Mermaid pub or a short drive to the Riverside Inn.

Looking for a like-minded, professional and respectful housemate to share the space with during the working week.. Tidy and clean space is a must, so if you're planning to leave dishes on the side for a week or wear shoes upstairs, it's probably not one for you (probably best to be clear on that from the outset!).
