You will have your own shower room as well as access to the main bathroom. There is parking, Sky, Internet, garden, storage space and a new treadmill in the garage. The house is fairly new and decorated to a high standard with a cleaner every two weeks. I am a professional, also a smoker but only in the garden. The house will only be shared with me and one cat.
