*We are renting out this double room in our recently refurbished Executive four bedroom home in Lawley. The room is very spacious and it has access to a stylish bathroom (which you will share with our 19 year old daughter). You will have access to our large well-equipped kitchen and dining area, living room and other areas. Off street parking (for one car) is also available. All bills are included.

Our home is ideally situated; close to Telford Town Centre and a few minutes' drive to/from M54 (junctions 5 and 6). There is a doctor's surgery, dentist, supermarket, gym, opticians, pub/restaurant all within a short walking distance.

*We are a family of three adults (19 - 45 years old) - dad (45), mum (45) and daughter (19). We also have a well-trained retired Guide Dog. We are a very respectful, clean and quiet family and we are looking to rent this spare room out to someone with similar values and traits to ourselves.
