Lovely Double Room in Excellent Location

Ensuite double available in a modern house in Lawley, not far from Telford town centre. The house was built in 2011 and the area is quiet whilst being only a mile and a half from the town centre. The property is also within a five minute walk of Morrisons and other local shops. There is a bus service.

The house consists of a good sized lounge, kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher and downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of which in en-suite, and a shared bathroom.

The room for rent is a good sized master bedroom, the room is furnished (double bed, built in wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, mirror, TV and a desk) and has an en-suite bathroom. Although the room has a small desk it would be unsuitable for someone working from home on a daily basis.

There is plenty of under-bed storage available in the room.

Please note the room is available for single occupancy only, so that the house and I aren't overwhelmed with people, although you are welcome to have friends to stay from time to time.

A deposit of one month's rent per room is required. Bills are included (water, electricity, heating and internet). Please note as council tax is already paid by myself on the property it is not payable on top, or as part of the rent, so the rent will not decrease if you are a student exempt from council tax.

Professionals are preferred, or postgraduates. I'm quiet and friendly and lodgers are welcome to use the communal areas as they wish. Cleaning is shared.

Animals fans preferred as I have two cats, who are very friendly and like company. The cats are not allowed in the rooms that are rented out, but do like to snuggle up with you in the lounge, so this house would not be suitable for allergy sufferers.
