I have a room to let on the rocks green estate by Sainsburys.
It is a 2 bed house with a good sized kitchen and living room. the spare room comes with a TV bed, and a small built in wardrobe, the tenant would be responsible for providing any other storage in the room. there is gigafast internet provided included in the price.
i work away Monday-friday so the tenant would be responsible for taking the bins out on Tuesday nights.
Tenant is more than welcome to have friends round, and if they wish to have a 'PARTY' they are to ask my permission 48hrs in advance and acknowledge that they are responsible for any damages that may occur.
the asking price per month for the room is 450 PCM.
