Pristine double room with own bathroom

Hi and welcome to our ad.

We have for rent a lovely bright tidy room. It is ready furnished with a double bed and new oak furniture- two bedside cabinets, an oak bed frame, a 4 over 3 chest of drawers and matching wardrobe.

The bathroom is just adjacent (which would be your own), with a shower room available as well in the downstairs bathroom.

Downstairs is a kitchen, large lounge and conservatory, which opens up onto a patio area.

You would be sharing the house with my sister and myself (until I move back to my own house which is currently being refurbished). We are generally tidy and very easy-going.

We live in a very nice, quite neighbourhood and we are blessed with great neighbours (albeit a little nosy at times!). A traditional ales pub, doctors surgery (Church close surgery) and a large Tesco are all within about 5 minutes' walking distance of the house.
