Lovely double room in well decorated home

I am a live in landlord however I stay away a lot (I'm home 1-2 nights every 1-2 weeks) as I have a partner miles away and spend a lot of time there. I have one (male) lodger who stays Monday to Friday for work.

I'm ideally looking for a similar arrangement for an additional lodger- Monday to Friday, however I am open to a 7 day a week let too.

Bills included- broadband, gas, electric, water. Wardrobe, bedside table and comfy double bed provided within the room. There is some additional storage in a cupboard in there if needed and plenty of space under the bed.

Please note- there are no pets living here! Old pictures..

I'm looking for someone courteous (everyone needs their sleep!) clean and tidy who will tidy up after themselves and leave things looking clean and neat. It's a lovely home with friendly people and a friendly vibe and basic consideration is important :)

As I'm very rarely home it's a good deal as there's run of the house for the most part. Large TV in living room, big comfy sofa. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer and separate condenser dryer. Downstairs WC in addition to bathroom upstairs, which has a shower over bath.

There's a garden too which is lovely to sit out in on the warmer evenings!

I'm friendly, helpful and considerate (as is my current lodger) but not often home so you'll be left in peace.
