Executive double rooms in newly renovated house

Hi we have five large double rooms available in our newly renovated house in the centre of Oswestry. There are three large high specification bathrooms for the five tenants to share. So there are two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor with the ground floor room having its own bathroom.

Each room is fully furnished.

The large, new kitchen is fully appointed with utensils, dish washer, microwave etc. and there is a separate utility room with washing machine dryer and freezers.

Outside is a patio area and large garden laid to lawn.

There is a cleaner that comes once a fortnight to clean the shared areas and a gardener to maintain the lawn.

Bills included include utilities, council tax and internet.
