Works out at £75/week and we ask at extra £2.50/wk to cover laundry liquid, toilet rolls and all cleaning products so you dont have to buy any or lug back from shop!😉
(We will ONLY consider professional folk, if they are working.)

Will also consider Mon to Fri Let at a slightly lesser cost, BUT in this case, you would need to leave the room completely empty every weekend, ( so family could stay over)
The house is a 20 minute walk to Town over the Quarry Park. Bus takes 10 mins.
The bedroom has a single bed (with 2 underbed storage drawers),and loads of hanging room and storage space in the full wall, built in furniture unit. There is a built in desk/study area. Laundry basket and chair. Study lamp.
There is a Bathroom upstairs ( bath and shower) and separate wc. And there is a wet room downstairs ( shower and wc)
Kitchen with 2 Freezers, Cooker, Microwave, Washing machine & Tumble Dryer etc and a dining area.

We are a mix of Vegetarians (who eat Fish) & non-vegetarian who love their meat.😉

All Utiity bills included and High speed WIFI, TV & Council Tax.
A 5 minute walk to local Co Op store, Chemist, Fish n Chip, Take- Aways, Hairdresser.
Plenty of on street parking. directly outside the house.
Person MUST like dogs.. as we have 2 rescues.
Anything else please ask.. we are very used to hosting International students, and University of Shrewsbury Students ( Frankwell site) 😊
