You would be renting a large bright sunny, double furnished room, 12 foot square, in a fully furnished house with a garden. The bedroom is freshly painted and comes with bedding, curtains, loads of storage space, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and a bedside lamp.

The house is in Bellevue a quiet sought after area in Shrewsbury. 15 mins walk from the town centre, 20 mins from the train or bus station. 5 mins walk from the Severn river and beautiful town park, 10 mins walk from nearest Supermarket.

Kitchen with all the usual mod cons, washing machine, dish washer, oven, ect. You would have shared use of all kitchen cooking utensils, crockery ect.

Cosy and characterful dining room with large table, chairs, and a generously sized sofa.

Large shower but no bath. Storage space in shower room for your personal use.
