Large double in quiet street, with large garden

I have a large double room for rent, fully furnished, with access to a large enclosed garden.
On street parking is rarely a problem as the house is not opposite any others.
I am a vegan Buddhist live in landlord, so would like lodgers to be respectful of that and not eat meat in the house. I am also trying to reduce plastic use and generally be more green.
The rent includes broadband and all bills.
the bathroom is shared with one other lodger, but there is a downstairs loo as well.
Couples would need to pay £50 a month more to cover the extra use of gas, electric and other facilities.
