Two fully furnished rooms available in a renovated detached house.

Bike parking space, and plenty of car parking and reversing space, and a secluded garden all at the back of the house.

Rent is per month and includes all utilities/bills, plus use of high speed fibre-optic WiFi, brand new 10kg washing machine in the utility, full central heating, modern kitchen equipped with new appliances (fridge-freezer, toaster, and cooker etc), lounge and dining area. Downstairs toilet. Upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle (instead of bath tub). All rooms UPVC double glazed. House has a cleaner (currently me but see how it goes).

Located on the main bus route to town and the train station about 15 minutes away, with the bus stop right outside. Town’s about 25-30 minutes walk away (at my snail pace). Morrisons is a stones throw away, with Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, McDonalds, Subway, B&Q, Sports Village and Shrewsbury Club 10 minutes (or so) drive up the road. Pub 2 minutes walk.

So you know a bit about me, I like reading, playing football, calisthenics, running, yoga (as of recently), and surfing during summer.
I’ve lived in house shares for years so familiar with living with others. Relaxed, clean and tidy live-in landlord, always chilled and easy going.
