Bright double bedroom close to town centre

Bright comfortable double bedroom with large storage space, close to town centre (10 minutes walk) and train station (5 minute walk). On street parking available & always accessible. Shared bathroom, living room/ kitchen. Access to study area/ dining space & more storage if required. Patio garden with 2 guinea pigs living outside (occassionally inside with weather).
Would consider 5 day lets & willing to negotiate the price for the right person.
You would be living with full time professional female. I am easy going with a busy lifestyle including some evening work, evening fitness classes and socialising. I would like to share my home with a like minded female only who is friendly, easy going, clean and tidy in communal areas.
The room has a standard double bed with duvet/ pillows/ linen if required, a bedside table with drawers, a lamp, mirror & large in built wardrobe with space for more drawers if required. Available from early October until around Christmas time but can be negotiated.
