I have a lovely room available in a spacious flat in a very nice area of Shrewsbury, just five minutes drive/20mins walk from the town centre.

You will have your own spacious room which comes furnished with a comfy double bed, lamp, bedside table, wardrobe/drawers and lights with a dimmer switch. It also has an aerial socket so you can plug your own TV in. I can put a desk in there if you're a student/work from home-r (or take anything out that you don't want!)

Shared kitchen - well equipped with new cooker and washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, milk frother and, the piece-de-resistance... a waffle maker! Very big shared living room with comfy settees, freeview TV with additional smart features eg YouTube, Netflix etc. Shared bathroom inc bath/shower.

Loads of cupboards/storage space (including bike shed). Plenty of free on-street parking available right next to the apartment.

Would suit a full-time employed professional. No couples or kids, sorry. No pets. No smoking/vaping inside.

Your rent includes all bills. You will also benefit from superfast broadband. It's a two-bed, ground floor apartment in a block of nine (don't worry, it's well built so you don't hear a peep from neighbours, who are all nice anyway!) Your housemate will be yours truly! I'm a working professional who sometimes works from home but is mostly in the office/out on jobs.
