I have one room to rent in my house; a lovely sunny room. It has a double bed, with some fitted furniture. It is relatively small; however, you would have access to the big kitchen / dining room, the living room, and two bath / shower rooms. We have a garden. The house is ten mins. walk to the centre of Shrewsbury, and about 15 mins. walk to the railway station.
We want someone to share the house, who will be considerate and respectful to others; do their fair share of taking bins out, cleaning, tidying up, recycling, etc. in the communal areas.
