The house is situated a short 5- 10 minute walk from the town centre where you will find a great variety of restaurants, cafes and bars, swimming pool, gym, library and lots of boutique shops and award winning food market.

There is a large supermarket and cinema within 5 minutes of the house and a retail park a 10 minute bus ride away.

Your room will be provided with bedding and towels, if required. To be laundered by yourself.
WiFi, use of the kitchen and appliances including the washing machine and dishwasher.

Included in the rent is use of a cosy lounge with French doors that open onto the courtyard garden and a lovely wood burning stove. There is a small TV and radio.

The bedroom is on the top floor of a Victorian terrace in the very popular area of Belle Vue.

There is an ethos of mutual respect and consideration and to this end you will be expected to ensure all communal areas are left clean, tidy and as you would expect to find them. You will be responsible for cleaning the shared bathroom and lounge. Arrangements to be made between the other tenants.

The house has a garden and on street parking spaces to the rear.
