4ft Ottoman Bed

This is a Monday pm-Friday am let for one person.

I have a nicely decorated spare room available on a Mon-Fri let. It is 12'x9', with a 4ft ottoman storage double bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table/desk. The house, with parking, is in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the popular area of Belle Vue, close to the centre of town as well as Asda. The bathroom is shared with one other person. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and WHB. The living space is a large L shaped open plan living kitchen diner. The kitchen is modern and equipped to a high standard with a dishwasher, double oven, 2x fridges and a freezer. A washing machine is available for occasional use.

The room is available to a professional person or a mature student working in the area during the week but who goes home to family at weekends in another part of the country. Parking is available, if required.

I am really looking for someone who wants a bed for the night, use of a bath/shower room and a kitchen to cook an evening meal/breakfast during a Mon-Fri working week.

I provide all that; in a clean, safe, comfortable, quiet, well insulated, modern house, situated close to town but easy to get onto the main routes out of Shrewsbury as well.


If the room is still posted then it is still available, but I will want to know why the room would suit you, what you job is and where ‘home’ is at the weekend, before showing you round.
