The bedroom is furnished with a bed, but this can be removed if you want to bring your own.
There is one shared bathroom.
One current housemate is moving shortly and the date to move in can be earlier if needed.
Looking for a sociable housemate with similar interests, which include going to the pub, seeing friends and cinema.
Rent includes all bills: council tax, gas, electricity, broadband, TV licence and water rates.
One off-road parking space and good on-street parking.
