This is a peaceful house where you can choose to stay in your room or move around and use facilities.

£500 pcm (in advance) + £100 as a security deposit. Or if you choose to pay weekly £125 per week by standing order.
We don't do credit checks, but expect a secure job.
We do prefer people who go out to their job, as opposed to working from home. Shifts are fine.
Quiet estate at Randlay...very countryfied, but with the fabulous Telford Town Centre just around the corner.
Parks, walks, bars and restaurants galore!

Our chinese lady stayed 9 years - now married.

New bedding, new mattress, pillow & mattress protectors. Nice carpet - all fresh & clean.
The bathroom (with electric shower and bath) is on the third floor, right by your room and kept clean on a daily basis. Live in landlord and landlady who are very relaxed.
Part time English teacher and former engineer.
We go about our daily business and you can use the facilities - come and go as you please.
No smoking or vaping. Definitely no drugs.
You may help yourself to tea, coffee & squash. Free perk!

Small kitchen, but everything you need eg. slow cooker, steamer, saucepans, frying pans, a George Foreman, normal hobs and oven, air-fryer etc etc.. dishwasher & washing machine. It works well. Dining room off kitchen.

Fast WI-FI. TV in your room. Desk and small fridge.
Shared lounge if you want to.
Lovely garden to relax in in the summer.
Use of washing machine and dishwasher.
Surfaces bleached & cleaned daily in this fight against Covid and other bugs! We trust you are an avid hand-washer! Room cleaned weekly and bedding changed fortnightly.
Off street parking only but by house. Quiet cul de sac.
Bus stops just a few hundred yards away (across the field) if you use public transport.

Very close to most facilities and companies on Stafford Park, Halesfield etc...Just looking for somebody relaxed and sociable to enjoy our property with. One well behaved cat....you will rarely see him.
