Room available now in my home in this quiet cul-de-sac in Muxton. Ideally it would suit a quiet single working person on a Mon-Fri basis but full time also considered. I currently share my home with one other. We are both in our early 50s and are very respectful of each other’s privacy, it is a quiet home but we are both very friendly.
The available room is a small double but it is fully furnished including TV if needed (with Netflix and iPlayer), small DVD player, WiFi, centrally heated and plenty of storage space. The room is a garage conversion and accessed via a small conservatory that links it to the house, there is also the option of further storage in the conservatory. I have added a small desk in the room but this can be removed if not needed.
The bathroom has a bath and electric shower over and is shared with 1 other.
Shared use of the Kitchen although we don’t spend much time in there, I tend to be a microwaver 😃
You would be more than welcome to relax in the garden. I’m a keen gardener so spend quite a bit of time out there and it’s very pretty in the summer time.
