The other is fully furnished with king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and ensuite, on the 2nd floor overlooking the garden

Just off of bus route 4, which goes to Telford town centre, Telford Central train station and Wellington means further access to other areas in and outside of Telford.
Princess Royal Hospital, Stafford Park, Telford Central and Telford Town Centre are all less than 30 mins away by walk and bus.

If you drive, the majority of retail/food area are within a 5-10 minute drive. The house has dedicated car parking at the rear and visitor parking out the front.

The property has all new appliances and furniture.
The lounge has tv & broadband package (no tv is in the lounge, but you are welcome to bring your own).
The kitchen has all the appliances you would expect including washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.

I am looking for people that are clean and will respect the house and treat it as they would their own. Bills included including council tax.
